Back Market's mission is to change how customers feel about purchasing refurbished by ensuring that the quality of the device and customer experience is perfect.

To deliver on this mission, you will be working in our Quality Team. You will be in charge of driving many projects aiming to improve the quality of all our categories (smartphones, MacBooks, Laptops, etc....) and helping our sellers become the best refurbishers.

You will work with the Quality Control Center,, Innovation Lab, Services and Logistics Team to deploy the tools and levers required to bring seller’s Quality to the next level.

  • Set the quality requirements for all sellers willing to sell on BackMarket, feed the Quality vision and Team roadmap with innovative initiatives.
  • Monitor our sellers quality performance and deep dive into the category & product level to identify structural issues.
  • Build and roll-out ambitious quality action plans both globally and with our biggest sellers.
  • Design & conduct big transforming projects aiming to improve the refurbished supply sold on BackMarket
  • Lead the continuous improvement of our quality processes and create new innovative ones.
  • Partner with our Innovation Lab to scale our expertise and technical tools to all sellers
  • Educate our account managers and sellers both during their onboarding and entire lifecycle with us.

  • You have 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of project management, driving high impact projects to completion
  • You have a strong knowledge of the e-commerce industry and have high customer experience expectations
  • You have experience in best-in-class customer service organizations
  • You're a data-driven person, you know how to define KPIs and track them to make sure you focus on the projects with the highest impacts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and SQL are a plus
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You have preferably worked in a startup hyper-growth environment
  • You are proactive, organized rigorous and have a high capacity to federate and work with transversal teams
  • You are solution-oriented, focused on quick results and lean approach
