Job Description

The Senior Growth Marketing manager will imagine, drive and continuously optimize Didomi’s outbound growth marketing initiatives to generate strong interest in our events, webinars, content and other programs - and ultimately to create a strong pipeline that delivers revenue.

Your role will build an ambitious, creative and impactful growth marketing framework, one that you will then execute (or help your colleagues or team members execute) with strong attention to detail, so that we never miss a target again. Sounds challenging enough?

As a natural and enthusiastic leader, you will collaborate with the rest of the marketing & sales teams. You are not afraid of lofty goals, and challenges excite you.

What You’ll Do:

Produce global or local outbound growth marketing campaigns from inception to optimization with a cross-functional marketing team.

Work closely with both global & local marketing teams to support their program promotion needs around the globe.

Develop and optimize growth marketing initiatives across all channels to meet content download, event acquisition, demand generation and awareness objectives.

Continuously test & experiment new outbound strategies and implement them to optimize acquisition, conversion and return on investment.

Forecast, measure, analyze, tune, and report on the pipeline and revenue impact of all global growth marketing activities.

Create and manage the budget needed in order to achieve targets for each of the campaigns, and share our desire to always learn & improve.

Maintain a relentless focus on all-things results, contribute to increasing - or even better - to smashing the global growth targets.

Track performance of growth programs and provide feedback to the business to optimize the effectiveness of future campaigns.

What we are looking for:

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has a proven track record for building and managing high-performance growth programs, agencies and teams.
  • This person will be a highly collaborative, inspirational growth marketer with the combination of strategic planning skills and the ability to execute, analyze and rapidly improve creative marketing programs to drive growth.
  • You are an experienced Head of Growth or Senior Growth Marketer ideally coming from a tech startup/scaleup
  • You may have also led a small team of growth and marketing specialists
  • 5-10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years building and managing high performing growth marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability driving demand innovation, net new logo, lead generation and pipeline growth, and helping Sales & Marketers to hit their targets
  • You are resourceful and creative, you act with empathy and communicate with honesty, candor, and respect
  • You’re a natural leader -- you know your weaknesses and you know your strengths, you inspire others to learn from you and achieve above their potential
