Job Description


At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 5 tribes, set up on a product-based organisation. Each tribe constitutes several cross-functional squads (product + engineering + design) and executes towards its own roadmap for customer and business impact.

User Acquisition tribe focuses on Luko’s growth via the acquisition of new customers

Moment of Truth tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the whole life of their contract - claims included

New Launch tribe focuses on launching new products, services and markets

User Life tribe maximizes customer touchpoints by creating engagement opportunities. They are a home care partner guiding customers to the right solution

Core Insurance tribe owns all the products and features in order to support Luko's Insurance activities, from regulation to tech


As part of New Launch, you will be focused on Luko's new launches. Whether that means verifying market needs by launching new insurance products and services or expanding into new countries and scaling internationally.


Your mission in the Spanish team

As Marketing and Business Ops for Luko in Spain, you would join the first country Luko has opened as part of its international expansion and be part of the Spanish growing team

  • Boost professional immersion by being exposed to multiple business areas (Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, etc.)
  • Support Spanish team across different needs to achieve success such as:
    • Perform high level market research and deliver insights that might influence present and future product and marketing plans
    • Support in the creation of branded content, articles and other Marketing/CS related assets
    • Engage with Customer Success team to help solving customers queries, needs and issues
    • Influence plans for Social Media and other customer touch points
    • Review and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer journeys and information tools

Who are you?

Must have

  • Curiosity and willingness to be exposed to multiple areas and projects
  • You have lived in Spain for several years and you know well the local market/mindset
  • You are located in Madrid
  • Language : Spanish (native), English (fluent)
  • Analytical skills and able to provide useful and actionable insights
  • Action driven and self-starter attitude willing to help make things happen
  • Good writing and communicating skills
  • Duration: 1 year ideally / 6 months possible (with flexibility if required)

Nice to have

  • Experience in a preferred fields : Consulting, VC, Marketing, Business, Communication
