Chez moka.care, ils sont convaincus que la santé mentale est une priorité, pour chacun comme pour le monde de l’entreprise. Leur souhait ? Rendre la santé mentale accessible au plus grand nombre, et permettre à chacun d’exprimer son potentiel, dans sa vie professionnelle comme personnelle.

En donnant accès à des sessions individuelles et collectives de thérapie et de coaching, ainsi qu’à des programmes digitaux, à tous les employés, est l’allié santé mentale des entreprises.

Depuis sa création en Janvier 2020, plus de 60 entreprises ont accès à moka.care et ils comptent plus de 10 000 membres !

Ils ne souhaitent pas s’arrêter là et souhaitent faire grandir l’équipe moka.care, composée aujourd’hui de 20 personnes, pour les accompagner à rendre enfin accessible la santé mentale au plus grand nombre.

Job description

Why do we need you?

Product adoption would be your key to your mission as our first Product Marketing Manager - You will work on:

Go-To-Market & Marketing launch

- Support Product Management and Sales & Customer Care teams to articulate product positioning as well as the packaging of moka offers

- Build key messaging : translate product features and service into crisp, powerful benefits that resonate with our market, drives acquisition, and encourages our solution adoption and retention

- Create marketing collaterals (slide decks, website pages, blog posts, videos, PR…) and campaigns

Market intelligence

- Own internal expertise in terms of customer segments and market knowledge

- Build market and competitive intelligence (competitive monitoring, competitive analysis)

Sales and customer care enablement

- Empower Sales and customer care teams to master our offers features, positioning and messaging, and how best to compete with competitors (training sessions, pitch decks, one pagers, email models)

- Contribute to raise new product adoption and satisfaction

Product strategy

- Collaborate closely with Product Management to influence the roadmap with key client feedback

- Support internal and external communication about product roadmap and releases

You're the ideal person if

  • You have a successful >3y experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a B2B company
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills (speaker & writer)
  • You are hands-on, willing to get an impact and a team worker
  • You are perfectly fluent in English
  • Bonus if you are fluent in Webflow and HubSpot
