Founded in 2017, Ovrsea is a new generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transportation for companies. We support more than 600 companies such as Engie, Vinci, Devialet, Sézane or even Nuxe in more than 60 countries in their international freight transport.

We allow our customers to manage all their transport issues in a few clicks from our , from quotation to invoicing, by digitizing the entire transport tracking experience. We have also developed an in-house platform to facilitate the operational management of our customers' transports in order to best meet their needs in record time.

The year 2021 has been strategic for Ovrsea: Since January 2021, we have joined forces with the Bolloré Group to accelerate our development and we have recruited 50 people.

2022 promises to be an even more challenging year with the recruitment of 100+ people, the opening of 4 new international offices and thus expand on the international market! Moreover we plan to triple our revenue for the third year in a row.

Job Description

The team

You will join the Revenue Operations team which works on cross-functional topics at the heart of Ovrsea's strategy and in direct collaboration with Arthur, CEO and co-founder.

The Revenue Operations team supports the marketing and sales teams on missions that are mainly articulated around 3 pillars:

  • ** Definition and monitoring of the sales strategy**: performance analysis, co-construction of sales objectives,

  • Optimization of our acquisition schemes: implementation of processes, tools and product features to optimize customer satisfaction and sales performance

  • Supporting the growth of our salesand marketing teams: team structuring, continuous improvement of training, support to team leaders in managing their teams and projects

We have the privilege of building and deploying a sales strategy in a market that is not very digitalized and complex. We are therefore pioneers in the field and the challenge is exciting!

To give you some of our key challenges for 2022:

  • Reach more than €1 million in sales in 3 new countries including the United States

  • Improve our sales processes and our CRM to support the growth of the sales team

  • Develop our product and our sales to large companies (tenders, integration of subsidiary networks, etc)

What will be your role?

Being a Growth Operations manager at Ovrsea means being at the heart of our development, in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing and Data teams.

Your mission is to collect, structure and analyze as much data as possible on our core target and to create internal tools to make our Sales team more productive in its prospecting and more personal and relevant in its approach.

This is an opportunity to participate in the expansion of our Growth and Acquisition strategy and to play a key role in the development of Ovrsea.

You will work with Corentin, Revenue Operations, to develop projects around the 3 axes mentioned above (non-exhaustive list):

Acquisition (40%)

  • Build and automate our lead generation campaigns, in France and internationally
  • Build groups of prospects for the analysis and opening of a new international market
  • Increase significantly the volume of data collected on our prospects and customers, improve the quality and actionability
  • Support the Marketing teams in their technical needs

Data and Operations (30%)

  • Drive and improve our Growth stack to maintain centralized data, including tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, n8n
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Data teams to ensure scalability and efficiency of our processes
  • Build and enrich a powerful lead scoring system to guide the actions of the Sales team
  • Keeping an active watch on the best tools and practices for lead generation, data enrichment and the Sales stack

**Monitoring the marketing performance and quality of our customer acquisition (30%)

  • Co-build performance calculation models for marketing campaigns and lead generation
  • Drive reporting to Comex on all top of funnel and ROI of acquisition methods
  • Conduct in-depth ad hoc analysis to identify areas for improvement and maximize team productivity

Preferred Experience

  • You have at least one significant professional experience (CDI or internship) on Growth, Data or Tech positions in a startup or consulting firm
  • You have a passion for acquisition and growth issues, you are constantly on the lookout for this subject which fascinates you and has a strong business sense
  • You have tech skills - in no code - to be able to make the magic between data and marketing and build ambitious acquisition schemes... Knowing how to code, develop and do engineering would be a big plus
  • You have a good knowledge of workflows and automation tools (n8n, Integromat, Zapier)
  • You have a strong analytical ability, you are able to identify key success factors and develop a global vision on your subjects
  • You are a curious and passionate person and you want to give your all in an exciting entrepreneurial adventure
  • Ideally, you have already worked on Salesforce and/or Hubspot
