Job Description

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will contribute to building a scalable Operations team, that can deliver a high customer experience and cope with the regulatory requirements, in a fast-paced environment!

2/ Context: Qonto is growing at a fast pace; we need to ensure our Operations teams grow successfully and remain a key competitive advantage

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Customer Care Officer at Qonto, you will

  • Manage external partnerships, lead long-term projects to scale and optimize our activities and follow up KPIs and costs
  • Lead cross-team initiatives, prioritize and supporte initiatives involving Product, Data, Marketing, Strategic or People teams
  • Provide ad hoc support on strategic Operations projects

Preferred Experience

  • Efficient: you are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Team player: you are able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
  • Analytical thinker: you have an analytical spirit
  • Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
  • Communication: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
  • Education: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a Business or Engineering school
  • Languages: you speak both French and English, another fluent language is a plus

  • A Final video call or an onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
