As Sales Support Intern, you will be working within the Sales team, but also closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.

You’ll be responsible to support sales team to help the Account Executive to better focus on driving revenue for SimpliField.

Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business and consistently staying ahead of daily metrics.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide support in crafting accounts mapping and planning for existing and prospecting accounts in collaboration with the AE’s.
  • Navigate social networks, industry news, benchmark competition and bring awareness to the sales team. that can create competitive advantage. Provides any necessary industry data or reports to the sales team.
  • Updates all contact information for clients keeping account and opportunities updated in Salesforce.
  • Share case studies and data to the client that can be useful & promoting SimpliField internally.
  • Prepare customized product demos for prospects. 


  • You have an excellent level in French and English
  • You are an empathic person and can adapt yourself
  • You are a quick learner, a data-driven (we're selling retail analytics) and highly inquisitive person
  • You bring a lot of energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work
  • You are familiar with innovative technologies and sales tools
  • You have some relevant experience, ideally in retail or SaaS companies
