As a Product manager, you will report to our COO and you will be the link between our Tech team (based in Lille) and our Sales team (based in Paris). 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identifying issues and providing all functional solutions from client interviews, client tests & Account Managers’ feedback
  • Understanding technical constraints and user issues and then, providing relevant functional solution 
  • Providing cleared and completed functional specifications to the Tech Team to let them brings technical solutions 
  • Setting up & analyzing relevant product metrics and KPIs regarding user interviews (AB Test, google Analytics)
  • Coordinating the team during all stages of the project, and managing the schedule with our Tech Team Manager to make sure that the delivered solution matches with all expectations
  • Design Sprint: gathering Sales, Developers and Product member to brainstorm about a project 

Factor of success:

  • It will depend of your ability to identifying a problem for users and your understanding of issues & opportunities 
  • Your sense of result and your enthusiasm for the improvement of the user experience will insure you the success in this job

Experience & Skills:

  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in product management, within a start-up ideally with a SaaS solution, developing an innovative solution 
  • You are familiar with technical problems who complicates the product strategy and a roadmap 
  • You are excellent in project management (quote, schedule, resource management)
  • You love resolving and analyzing issues 
  • You care about the design and the user experience

  • You are fluent in French and English
