Job description

Integrated into the Tech Team with experienced people, you will help to create a scalable and efficient product that meets the needs of our customers! With the rest of the team, you will work on various subjects such as design, architecture, development or even testing of the application.

  • Work in a context of high security development, good code practices and bug bounty ;
  • Opening of the technical solution to its ecosystem, integration of third-party tools and creation of powerful APIs ;
  • Develop and implement internal tools to make our operations scalable ;
  • Limit bugs and technical debt as much as possible ;
  • Be proactive to improve the product and the organization of the team both on a functional and technical aspect ;
  • Implement new features

Preferred experience


  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Ruby (Rails) development ;
  • Ability to participate in the technical design of a product functionality ;
  • Ability to perform relevant unit tests for all implemented code ;
  • Ability to understand the needs of sales and the implications of new developments and evolutions ;
  • Knowledge of background jobs and parallel processing
  • Fluent English


  • Experience with front-end JS frameworks (React / Vue.js) ;
  • Experience on the integration of external APIs ;
  • Remote work experience ;
  • Experience with database technologies and data modeling

Recruitment process

  • Call with Maja, Talent Partner (30 min)
  • Call with Roland, Engineering Manager (1h)
  • Technical test (should take around 1 or 2 hours of work on a 1 week timeframe)
  • Test restitution and Coffee fit with two members of Trustpair (1h30)
